When placing the order you will receive a unique order number, which allows us to trace your order. We will then forward the text and/or image you have sent to our partner. This partner will make a new personalized design for the leather chest piece. As soon as the design is approved for you, we will get started right away! For the products that you can personalize, an adjusted delivery time of 2 – 3 weeks applies.
