Return Policy

Reflection Period

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to change your mind. During this period, you can let us know if you want to return all or part of your order.

Returning Items

Every delivery includes a DPD return sticker. Please attach this sticker to your package and drop it off at a DPD Service Point.

Make sure the return form is fully completed and included with your package. You can find the required information in your order confirmation email.

Return Costs

• Returning the entire order: €5.50 return fee (deducted from the refunded amount).

• Returning part of the order: no return costs.

Conditions

Items must be:

• Unused and in good condition

• With original labels and packaging

Exchanges can be made by placing a new order.
