Exchange and Return
If you are not satisfied with your order or if you have ordered the wrong size, you can return it within 14 days. You must send the enclosed return form with the return shipment. You must indicate on the form which item you wish to return and the reason(s). Returning items is at your own expense.
Important: Always state your order number when returning.
Have you received a damaged product or an incorrectly delivered product? Please contact our customer service and we will try to solve it for you as soon as possible. Our customer service can be reached through email@example.com or 026 311 6664. Always report a complaint before returning it to us. Then we can arrange a return label for you.
- The item must be returned in undamaged condition
- The attached labels and price tag of Donders 1860 must be intact
- The item is in unworn, unwashed and unused condition
Note: Returned items that do not meet the return conditions may be refused by Donders 1860 and returned to the customer. The costs of this are for the account of the customer

For returns via DHL, with the supplied return sticker, we charge €5.50 within the BENELUX. This will be deducted from the refund of the purchase amount. We use the following rates for returns outside the BENELUX:
Great Britain: €18.00
Czech Republic: €18.00
Other countries: NOT POSSIBLE
How do I return
Follow the steps below to return your order via DHL:
- Fill in the enclosed return form.
- Stick the supplied return label over the address label on your package.
- Make sure the package is closed properly.
- Take your package to a DHL Service Point.
- You will receive a shipping receipt from DHL – keep it carefully until your order has been completely processed.
If the return label is not included, write the address below on a piece of paper and paste it over your own address:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to request an exchange through our webshop. If you want to exchange a product for a different size or color, you can place a new order. In that case you can return the previously ordered item. The purchase amount of the returned product will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 14 days. Due to our stock system, this is the safest and fastest way to receive the desired product.
The purchase amount (- return costs) will be refunded to your account within 14 days after receipt of the return, or your AfterPay invoice will be adjusted.
